Item was listed as 31" waist measurement. It was 31" if measured when opened up laying flat. If buttoned as it would actually be worn it is 2 inches shorter from the overlap of fabric for the buttons. It is listed for fitting anywhere from a small to a medium/large. I wear a size 6 jeans and if I wore any larger it would not fit. Although I still like the skirt and it still fits, it does not fit as I had intended based on the posted measurements.
